  The store itself is usually ok, ....but their order app is often a problem. Yesterday I ordered and paid using the app and my acquired points. My order for personal pan pizza was free, but tax and tip was about $3.00 (I chose to pick it up myself) Not ready, ...no order found, not the stores fault. My "ready" notice showed E. Main St. location .... My order ended up in Millbrook, AL. location. I lost my points, food and payment because I could not go that far! ....and trying to recoup my loss has been difficult. Is customer service # ever monitored? *****UPDATE ~~ NO REFUND ! DID NOT GIVE MY POINTS BACK ! NO INFO ABOUT HOW TO FIX OR WHO TO CALL ....I don't care about the $3.... but I'm annoyed they didn't even replace my points .... I'm DONE if this doesn't get fixed.

  The sausage on our pizzas tasted like it so spoiled and we did not eat them. Quality control needs to be better

  Just wanted to give a shout out to dd.she did a great job today and was very patient when the drink people came in to replace the fridge today. She had a lot of people in there and multiple orders She handled it very well. Im so pleased with the way she stayed calmed and got evryones food out as fast as she could. Some were in a hurry but she did her best. She seemed like the kind of manager that doesnt get recognized a lot. So i just wanted to share my experience. Thank you ms.dd
