  Terrible service, terrible food. I’ve never been to this particular McDonald’s, but many in my 46 years on Earth. This by far was the absolute *worst* I’ve ever been to, starting from the moment they started to take our order. The drive-thru person seemed annoyed at our existence and after the first combo, she told us the total and to pull around. We said we had a few more items and she kept trying to tell us the total. She seemed annoyed. We ordered 4 combos - 10 chicken nuggets, quarter pounder with bacon, 2 cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich with 2 Diet Cokes, a Dr Pepper and a Coke. They handed us the drinks and asked us to pull ahead. Our order was placed at 4:20pm and we waited and waited and waited and it got to the point where I got out of the car at 4:47pm and went in to see what was happening. I asked when our food would be ready because we were in a hurry to head to a funeral and they said they were waiting on fries and I again asked how long and they said 20 seconds. I asked why it took so long and the person behind the register just kind of shrugged and I spoke loud to the other people working and asked why it took so long and they said the chicken nuggets. It takes 30 minutes to make 10 chicken nuggets? No apology for the wait, no acknowledgement of anything and judging from all of the terrible reviews on here, sounds like that’s their standard of service. The food itself was disgusting. The chicken sandwich was disgusting - bun, chicken, 2 pickles and bun and severely overcooked. The burgers were cold. They also punched down Diet on the lid for 3 drinks, so we had to all take sips to guess which was which. STAY AWAY

  Staff is rude, will not speak up to hear them, cannot keep flow of food to traffic orders ready. Plenty of staff but food is never ready, inside of store messy 8 cars waiting over 20 min for food from a FAST FOOD restaurant.

  We waiting almost 20 minutes for 2 biscuits and 2 hashbrowns and I went up there to check and was told They had been ready but no on brought them out to us. This is ridiculous and when I got my biscuit it was wrong but I was upset about waiting and I had to be somewhere I just didn’t say anything. Will not be back

  Curbside Mobile Order for two. 3 sandwiches and 2 teas. No napkins, no straws, Qtr pounder thrown in a box with condiments more out of the sandwich, than in. Incredibly slow service for "order ahead" option. DO BETTER PEOPLE !!

  Came in at 9:00 on a Saturday while on a long road trip. Let me just say McDonald's is not typically my go to when traveling but I decided to stop in and get a bite. BOY IM SO HAPPY I DID! Ordered a McChicken, 6Ct mcnuggets and fries and a drink ($12) Fantastic. Then the food!!! Absolutely blew me away... The burger was cooked amazingly and tasted absolutely delicious and was made with care. Fries were absolutely hot and fresh out of the fryer and perfectly seasoned. Nuggets just the same! I asked an employee for an extra sauce and the employee: Kebrasia immediately jumped over to help me and asked me if there was anything else she could do for me. Loved her hospitality... I made sure to tell the manager that she did absolutely amazing and that their staff blew me away tonight. I hope the next time I visit A McDonald's I have a similar experience! Thank you guys!
