    Food was horrible. Restaurant was filthy as well as the restrooms. Employees were very unfriendly and appeared to not want to be ther.

    Pulled forward in the drive through, waited over 10 minutes for a frappe and fries. The fries were cold.

    Currently having to sit and wait in a parking space for breakfast items. The point of fast food is the "fast" part, especially at breakfast when people are trying to drive to work. I wish when you order they'd warn you so you could get something else.

    The system seemed to be down when we got our food, which I entirely understand, but what I don’t understand was the immediate rudeness of the person in the pickup window yesterday. They asked me atleast 3 times what my order was, yet still forgot my fries. I didn’t even try to ask for them because the last thing she said before the window quickly shut was “y’all ordered in person not drive thru” in an extremely rude tone that made it seem like it was MY personal fault THEY forgot my food and not the system. #1, I literally had not pressed “pick up in store” in the app, the cashier at the first window even knew that I was a drive thru order. I understand having a bad day because the system is down, but it’s extremely unprofessional to take it out on me and then have the nerve to not even get me the one thing everybody at McDonald’s gets, that I had said to her THREE times: the fries. I didn’t even attempt to ask this location for the fries because I knew I would be met with more attitude and probably end up with cold fries anyways. They also forgot the mayo on my sister’s mcchicken and my burger was burnt. Horrible experience.
