- GGGarrett3 days ago1.0My girlfriend and I stopped by this Dutch Bros for coffee on Sunday morning, 5/17/2026, around 8:30 AM. When we got home, I took a sip of my protein latte and immediately knew something was off. It tasted sour, like the milk had gone bad. We drove back to get it fixed, and the guy at the drive-thru remade it without issue. Since we had to waste extra time and gas for a bad drink, we asked for a muffin or small gift card for the inconvenience. He was willing to help, but the manager on duty stepped in and refused to do anything beyond replacing the drink. I get that mistakes happen, but spoiled milk is a serious issue, and the way management handled it was disappointing.

After getting home, he tried his protein latte and noticed it tasted sour, as if the milk had gone bad. We drove back to the location, and the employee at the drive-thru was kind and remade the drink. Because of the inconvenience, extra time, and gas spent returning, we asked if they could offer a complimentary muffin, small gift card, or points on app. The employee initially agreed, but the manager on duty stepped in and refused to offer anything beyond remaking the drink. ALSO, it's ridiculous that everytime you get a coffee there they ask for a tip, which I always do at the drive-through!! I understand mistakes happen, but the situation was handled poorly by management. A bad drink could have made someone sick, and better customer service would have gone a long way. I usually love Dutch Bros, but this experience really changed my view of this location.

I got my order and the chocolate shake was vanilla and the large picture perfect freezer was pure liquid, it tasted awful! I took it back to the window and the lady said it was because they had to hand make it. I don't know exactly what they means but it went in the trash!!!! Complete waste of money!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
