I ordered a large peach tea that costs 3.50, they said we're put of peach take a large sweet as a sub that costs 2.99, but they didn't offer to refund the difference. We refunded the drink and got a water. We ordered biscuits and gravy, they gave us unfinished gravy, basically water with chunks of unmixed gravy not made up yet. We ordered large bo fries, they filled them up with old fries on some and gave one half way filled with cold fries. We ordered a sausage biscuit, the bottom disintegrated into multiple pieces of dried crumbs opening the wrapper. We refunded the whole meal.

Today I stopped at Bojangles in Prattville, AL. I noticed that there was hair in my mac n cheese. No one had a hair net on, that should have been my red flag, but I haven’t had Bojangles in years. I called the store to see if I could get a partial refund on the meal, but the manager on duty said I had to be in the store to do that. I’m traveling and I’m not turning around, so hopefully corporate can assist me with this issue.

What time does this place close, like, for real? Is it based on the amount of business they're doing at any given time?I've been by there as early as 7pm and everything's dark. Haven't been able to eat here yet because I work until 9pm. The one time they were open, all they had was (who knows how old) chicken and fries that looked darker than my big back shadow. I know, I know, my wife self doesn't need any more fried chicken. Shoot, maybe the universe is tryna tell me something...

If there was a -0, thus establishment would rank it! Specifically because of the unresponsiveness from management and rude staff who say they are the manager (Lashawna). I ordered online Saturday afternoon and PAID for breakfast items for a morning meeting last Sunday. When the delivery person arrived the order was not ready and she was met with multiple excuses as to why it wasn't ready to include staff not knowing how to make biscuits! Due to timing of our meeting she had to leave and the ordered was not fulfilled or delivered. I've been contacting tge store since July 12th when this occurred to speak to someone and request a refund since I was charged in full. I have been met with nothing but rudeness and excuses, specially from Lashawna who hung up the phone on me because I was expressing my concern with this transaction. I was told multiple times Mr. Roderick who is also a manager woukd be calling me, 7 days later still no call or refund of my $117.55 for an order we didn't get. Unprofessional and they are ok stealing from customers. I also submitted a request on their website for my refund and no response or acknowledgement of my request.
