    I can't remember the young man name that cleans the main area, but he brought so much joy to our dinning experience. He does an excellent job great customer and keeping everything so clean

    Besides the windows the environment was clean. The service was lacking and not very friendly, the food was as expected. Overall a moderate grade restaurant.

    From ordering at speaker for take out to window the employees were rude. Really don’t expect anything different because it’s the same times before. Today terrible food employee. Ask to speak to manger by phone and the person talked to was rude and I doubt it was manager. Hung up on me. Called back asked to reach owner and her name and was reluctant to give her name. I just hate this is the only Arby’s we have in Prattville so to drive out of town is a pitiful thing
