    The young lady/mgr has no management or customer service skills, period. Most employees there also have no customer service skills. No thank you, no sorry for your wait!!! No nothing. This is Not just a One time thing. This place has been like this for some time. And who ever owns this particular location needs to do an overhaul of employees. And maybe send them to training school on customer service. People work very hard for their money to have to go this place & not only pay the high prices but also to be treated like they are the customers & we are the workers. In the lobby for 30 mins the other day for a burger combo & 2 pc chicken. This place is pathetic!! I would have went through the drive thru but they always tell you to pull up. This time they said pull around bc there was already another car waiting. So I pulled around into a parking spot to be told when they brought my order 15 mins later they wanted me to park by the door. Are you serious?? Block people by the door which is the lane to go to the drive through. What because you had to walk a few more feet?? They are always hanging outside like they are on their own front porch. From a hard working paying Customer!! That jacks don’t care about!! Obviously!!
