Even with only 11 minutes before closing, Ms. Benetta made sure my food was cooked fresh, hot, and with care. Jeffery was also friendly, professional, and welcoming. That’s what I call beyond excellent customer service! They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Jack’s is lucky to have employees who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you both for an amazing experience!
