- SSShannonSep 22, 20265.0This is my 3rd time eating at the Golden Springs location. I went inside this time. The lobby was very clean, and they were working hard to keep it clean. The restroom was spotless, which is a MUST for me!! The ladies that work here are ALWAYS smiling and very polite!! Keep up the great work! It's people like this that REALLY REPRESENT what Jack's is all about!!

- CBCarmen BrockAug 26, 20265.0We passed Jacks while sightseeing and it was packed and after visiting, we understood why. 1st time at Jack's and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Wonderful food at great prices. Very clean and friendly staff. The place was decorated for fall and was so cute. We would highly recommend Jack's. I wish we had a Jacks in Michigan.
