  Good has gone downhill a lot recently, not this locations fault, a corporate decision. Staff though, is hit or miss. Overall it’s a taco bell, what do you expect.

  Only good thing about this experience was the one young female with glasses who was running circles around all of the other employees working her butt off. The young guy instead of handing me my food sat it by the drive thru window(after asking was I there for a doordash) I told him no but I think thats my food that you just sat over there and he says " yeah she will bring it to you" or something like that. So like 3 minutes later I saw the young female with the glasses and asked why my food had been placed over there to just sit while im looking at it and then the young man acts all surprised. She grabs my food and hands it to me( then starts telling him that she told him I was waiting for my food at the counter while it was being made) I really appreciate this young lady doing her job and not treating it like a game like many of the other workers I observed. But to the young man: Look we were all young at some point but this is just blatant disregard for the customer who just spent 30 bucks in your restaurant for food that wasn't even good. (My cantina tacos were soggy, and the chicken nuggets were supposed to be regular but of course I got the spicy ones) is abysmal and really just shows that your generation doesn't care. An apology would have been nice because you know you were foul for letting my food just sit there getting cold when I told you it was mine. This is why people are not eating fast food , especially in this economy. I feel I wasted almost 30 dollars.

  This is by far the WORST taco bell I've been to. They NEVER get my order right. If you order from here, be absolutely sure to check your order before you leave! And if you go through the drive through and need to make changes, be prepared for attitude

  DO NOT give the people your business!!!! I went inside because there was not a customer inside to avoid the infinite line of cars in the drive thru, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and made eye contact with every single employee and not one of them came to take my simple order of 2 tacos with just mean and tomato.

  Just a bunch of kids, piddling around with their thumbs in their tacos. Haven’t really had a bad or good experience with them before, just neutral visits. But this time, boy were they on it. Made a mobile order, drive up and the window girl is slightly rude but just in the manner of “I don’t want to be at work”, so it’s whatever. We get our food, drive home, and realize they forgot some of our order. I go back up there only to be met with the same somewhat rude attitude, like them forgetting my order was my fault. They give me my luke warm order that had probably been sitting on the counter for several minutes. I head back home and FINALLY begin to eat my meal. But wait! There’s an EXTREMELY LONG HAIR IN MY TACO! AND THEN, everything I ordered, I added onions..guess how much of my order contained onions? None of it. Fantastic work you guys *said sarcastically* Management needs to make sure these kids are working, not just standing around talking, and actually paying attention to these orders.
