  Order food on the app just to be told that they’re out of everything! Then they “can’t” do refunds at the store because we placed on the app but the office number is closed til Monday. We don’t know if it’s guaranteed that we would get our money back since we have no proof . It’s annoying and maybe take the sold out items off your app so people don’t get scammed!!! It’s not the mangers fault it’s CORPORATE. Do better sonic.

  Ordered ahead. While it did appear only one person was working, the food took forever to come out, 20 minutes after mobile order time, and was cold when it did. They were out of Dr. Pepper and gave us a cherry limeade to make up for it, but that ended up being a cherry Sprite. We also received only six chicken bites for a large order. Food was additionally served with a big dose of bad attitude. Worst Sonic experience ever, and I’ve had some pretty bad ones.

  If someone orders something a certain way, that means make it a certain way. Its wrote down, it cant be that hard to copy what you read. Folks at the establishment need to start caring about what they do.

  Your store in Phenix City, Alabama is absolutely absurd. I did a mobile order for some chicken bites (Med $5.99), and when we got there they informed me they were out and asked what I would like instead. I asked if they could substitute for the 3pc chicken strip (Med 5.29) and they informed me they couldn’t not swap it out. Then I told them just refund the item, they proceeded to tell me that I had to refund the item and there is no option to refund it on the customers end. This is absolutely unacceptable and shameful. Sonic needs to do a better job of training their management and staff on customer service.
