  I had order my food . It was three vechiles infront . In the drive thu an two vechiles . Pull up behind . Every person got there food but me. I was waiting in dru thu. An ask the person . Why did the people behind me. Get there order before I did. She told me that it was . Two door dash order. An they was still cooking my food. Thats unacceptable so I left.

  If I could give zero stars I would!! My husband ordered ice cream through the app.. get there and they’re out of cookie dough which is no problem they gave me “extra” Oreo pieces. But the crazy part is this isn’t ice cream.. this is a shake and it may be the same thing but no, the shakes are way softer. This isn’t sonic first time doing this, if they’re out of ice cream just say that! We will not be going back, and when u call no one answers. Ridiculous!

  Waited at the speaker 30 mins... no one in front of me the whole time. Never got to order. Apparently it takes longer than 30 mins to make 30 drinks, which was their excuse.

  Didn’t get to eat. Person who answered our stall bell was irritated by me asking about the special for $7.00. When we decided that it wasn’t what we wanted we ask for Hotdogs and give her our order but she didn’t understand how I wanted them and got very rude so I told my husband that I was not going to get food here and deal with the devil. We left And won’t be back!!

  Just go to Columbus. This location is a joke. The employees look unsanitary the outside of the building looks run down and you have to beg to order. The attitudes are crazy. Definitely tired of seeing people at work expecting only to get paid but not actually have to do any work.
