  Drinks made wrong, food missing from bag, shakes had ice cream all over the cups. They just don't care at all. There was one female employee who was walking back and forth to vehicles delivering food and everytime she walked away from a car she would pause and take a vape break. Then go straight in, get more food, bring it out, vape...she stopped a few times and took a 3-5 minute smoke break at the picnic tables in the front where people eat for about 5 times during the 30 minutes I was waiting for my mobile order...never washed her hands a single time. This place is downright tacky. Update- they commented here saying they are escalating this to the quality control team...as they have on many other posts. I'm not sure if that is working out, however, I am still out of $45 that I wasted here.

  They have a bad habit of giving cold food and not giving all the sauces you asked for on your order, or accomodating modifications. I just spent over 20 dollars and most of the food is inedible Really bad. I'd argue its even worse than the whittlesey boulevard location in columbus. Will definitely not spend my money here again. Then I tipped them to hand me cold, almost tasteless food that they didnt follow modifications on. Ridiculous

  Theres a reason this place has 2 stars. I waited an hour for a milkshake until I pressed the service button again to see where they were at with my order. They asked me to come through the drive thru for it which was another 10 minute wait, to ask what the manager if he could do anything to help make it right. He said it was my fault I had come when it was raining which I came BEFORE the ran and saw them running food to other cars. The least they could have done was to call my speaker and tell me they arent running orders anymore. He apologized for being rude yet still couldnt just correct the issue. I will never be back
