    Experienced the worst customer service experience of my life at this McDonald's location . I ordered on the app and the order was confirmed including credit card purchase/processing . Thirty minutes later I go to pick up the order at the counter that has already been paid for only to find out they haven't even started processing/cooking the order. I was then told there was an issue with the credit card used even though the order was confirmed. I was told by the customer non-service representative at the counter I needed to call my bank. I pulled my phone out and logged onto my bank app and showed the customer non-service rep and the store manager on duty where the card had a pending transaction for a $82+ purchase at their McDonald's. I was then notified that they didn't even have the sixteen Crispy McChicken patties for the sandwiches I ordered in inventory to be cooked. My aunt is very elderly and home bound and these sandwiches and english muffins are about all she will eat. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to cancel the order in the app (* not call my bank ) , after canceling the order the app said it would take 1-7 business days for me to receive my refund (Why should I suffer? You screwed up). I did receive an " I'm sorry " response from the manager (*no kidding ) . Ray Croc should be rolling over in his grave. Thank God we have Chick-fil-A's in this world. ( Note : contacted McDonald's Corporate Customer Service on this issue via email . Please don't waste your time doing this because all you really get in reply is "'we are sorry the location was out of McChicken Sandwiches . Like being out of the sandwiches was really actually the problem . )

    Dear McDonald's Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally report a deeply concerning experience I had today at your McDonadd on 80 West Phenix Ciry Al ] restaurant. What began as a simple order for a large Dr Pepper resulted in extreme unprofessionalism and physical threats from one of your female staff. After a long delay at the drive-thru window, waiting on a Large Dr Pepper an employee became verbally abusive, using profanity and blaming me for the loss of her ring, while getting my drink. . The situation escalated when she ran out of the building toward my vehicle, forcing me to lock my doors and roll up my windows for my own safety. Furthermore, the manager on duty was both rude and dismissive. Rather than de-escalating the conflict, she blamed me for the delay in the drive-thru line and failed to restrain the employee who was attempting to attack my car. While I eventually received a refund from a separate employee and have been informed I am banned from this location, per the officer I had to call due to the employees THREAT and FEAR of Being ATTacked I believe it is imperative that you review your security footage and address the hostile behavior of these staff members. No customer should be subjected to threats or harassment while visiting your establishment. I trust you will take the necessary steps to investigate this matter and ensure the safety of future patrons. Regards,
