    Placed a mobile order to be picked up at 11:15. Waited in the drive thru line where an employee took some orders but went back inside and left about 8 cars behind, including me. Me and the other cars continued to sit in line to try and wait for our orders to be taken to no avail. Finally i decided to try and pick up my drink at the walk up window since i couldnt get help through the drive thru. My drink is still not ready 20 minutes later. Very confusing system.

    Loveeeeeee Dutch bros! I used to be a Dunkin fan only but when I’m in Alabama I go to Dutch bros! We need one in Columbus asap!

    I ordered a drink and ended up waiting about 45 minutes. When I got to the window, I asked the worker how much longer it would be. While I was waiting, I heard the worker say something that sounded like they were telling a coworker to “kys.” I’m not sure if that’s actually what was said or who it was directed toward, but either way, it was extremely unprofessional to hear from an employee while I was at the window. I asked the worker for his name, and he told me “D.” The long wait was frustrating enough, but hearing something like that from an employee made the experience even worse. I really think management should address this kind of behavior.

    I haven't ordered food so idk how it is. This location was great the first months. Now its so severely understaffed that people literally get trapped in the 2nd lane of the drive through because no one is outside. Sometimes they just straight up close the walk in window because wasps have taken over their entire window area. The drinks are still good but man I always end up going to Starbucks to not deal with the chaos going on there.

    I normally do not complain publicly about my favorite coffee shop, but I'm getting very close to not going anymore. I always get a large golden eagle, soft top and a extra shot but here lately its been super light in color and tastes like milk with a hikt of caramel flavoring. Not a single taste of espresso. I get told by some that its the breve but then others will agree its far too light. I dont get it.....This was today's drink, and I wasn't able to go back and exchange it because I needed to go to work. I didnt have this many issues at a Dutch until I moved here.
