Waited nearly 45 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. As soon as I was able to pull out of line, I left. 3 of the 4 cars that were in front of me were still there waiting to order when I left. I went to business 3 minutes up the road and got in line and left with my order in just a few minutes. Do better guys!

The staff and product is great but why have a mobile app a d a poster saying "skip the line use the app" if you order using the app bit have to check in and then you get added to the bottom of list. I ordered via app today, said order would be ready at 12:33. Went checked in at 12:18. Early not a big deal, was told call name when ready. 1:00 I finally got my order. SEVERAL customers before me had same issue. 1 asked mgr with, she explained that you can order bit they don't make your order till you check in and you arr added to the bottom of orders to make. WTH, WHY HAVE AN APP and take down the poster for skip the line that's false advertisment.

It's Two stars because the music makes a good vibe. However, SLOW and lies. Ordered via app way ahead of time. Got here 10 minutes after pickup time (from window). The gal said it wasn't ready and has no idea how long it would take because she doesn't have a way to track it. So there I was, waiting and waiting. Other 20 minutes on top of what I was already waiting. With apparently no way to cancel the order. She played like there wasn't a way to do so. This caused me to be late. It was not worth the wait one bit. Stick with Starbucks or Dunkin.

Went thur the drive thur in the new Phenix City AL, location. And ordered drinks, got to the window to pay and she popped her little pad and she said we can tip her what we wanted with a attitude. I didn't say anything I was thinking 🤔 isn't that her job, unless Dutch Bros. want us to pay there employees with attitudes and pay three times the cost of the coffee they serve. Sadly we're coming to a world that wants a tip for donig nothing.

Elizabeth who was working the drive thru 4/25/26 around 930-10am needs to learn her customer service skills. I have had now 2 encounters with her in the drive thru , and they have not been pleasant. She does not meet the Dutch Bro's standard of spreading kindness and just seems to have issues controlling her attitude. Everyone else here is so nice and welcoming BUT HER. I am not sure who made her the "drive thru coordinator" but she is always super demanding and yelling when it comes to directing traffic ...like we are about to cross into the Mexico border or something..... and according to her she was just doing "what management told her" ... what managers are instructing their employees to SCREAM AND YELL at customers to be bumper to bumper in the drive thru . I let Elizabeth know I was at a comfortable distance between me and the car in front of me and she had a huge issue with me not wanting to move closer to the car in front of me....then she yelled at me again and then said she wasnt going to take my order... then ran to the other girl who was taking orders and proceeded to scream about me to her IN FRONT of everyone making a whole fool out of herself. Out of all the Dutch Bros locations I've been to in the United States, I have never ever in all my life been yelled and screamed at for being more then a inch away from the vehicle in front of me. It is absolutely ridiculous that I am even having to write a review like this. All I wanted was a coffee and I cant even get this girl to take my order because shes focused on cars being bumper to bumper. Mind you when I saw her interact with everyone else , not once did she ask another car to move up and there was vehicles half a car length from each other. I will not be Elizabeth's target anymore. Someone needs to address this, unpromote her being the drive thru Karen, go over company standards with her, and send her back to training!!!!

How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
