- NCNick Cabero3 days ago2.0Ordered on the app for a pickup time of 3:50. Arrive at 3:45 to a long line. Someone comes to take my order and I tell them I ordered on the app. They confirm my order and then I wait. Behind 4 other cars. I finally get my drinks at 4:06. I get there are things outside the control of the business like how many people show up, but what’s the point of ordering ahead and having a pick up time if the items aren’t going to be ready at that time? Any other restaurant if I order ahead, it’s to avoid having to wait in line to get my food when I get there…. That’s the entire point of pre-ordering. I found out the reason it was taking so long was because there was only one guy making drinks for the entire drive thru. Multiple other staff members inside doing god knows what. One guy trying to make drinks (without a whole lot of urgency I might add) for 15ish cars in the drive thru is not very sustainable.

- HRHannah RichardJun 14, 20261.0Location is the pitfall of this location. Up a hill with a confusing parking lot off a highway. There is no shade and picking up mobile orders is not quick. You have to “check in” to pick up your mobile order, so you have to wait in line to do so, and the workers are also taking orders in this line. There is no waiting area and it’s hot. Needs more shade and maybe seating? Was very excited to come try it , but honestly to enjoy this experience you need to treat it like a 7brew & drive thru only. But the problem with that is the parking lot does not accommodate 7brew like traffic. Very disappointed Dropping the review because there is no order and the mobile like pick up and the ordering window is the same and they don’t separate the two. Dropping the review again for food because my drink was melted by the time I got it . so disappointing when I was so excited to see what this was about

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
