  The prepping bar is always messy and full of fallen food. Cooks should wear hair cap as I have seen them have long hair and no hair net. Chips are scarce and usually stale. Disappointing. This is the location in Phenix city. US 280

  Everything was ok except for the fact that a team member working there tonight (at approx 10 PM) kept placing his hands down the waist band of his pants and boxers multiple times. If you're in food service, this is unacceptable. Maybe employees need training on sanitation.

  Food is almost always wrong, lacks effort in presentation, and tastes nothing like other franchises. Location is clearly what is keeping it in business.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the repeated lack of accuracy in my DoorDash orders. If your team is unable to fulfill delivery orders correctly, then you should reconsider accepting them altogether. It is unacceptable that items are consistently missing or that ingredients I did not request are being added to my bowl. This reflects a clear lack of attention to detail and care. do better .
