- BRbryce roatch2 days ago1.0Not only did they forget half of my paid order, but when I went back for the fries, the container was barely half full—even after the green-shirted employee apologized. Meanwhile, the striped-shirt manager was sitting on his phone as his team struggled to figure out whose food was whose. Clearly, my order wasn't the only one messed up, and it’s obvious that the work ethic of the mid-level managers leaves a lot to be desired—this is the kind of experience consumers end up with.

There was a line too. Food was accurate and tasty. Also, extremely friendly people, shout out Jennifer. People who leave bad reviews on this chic fil a need to get a grip and life.

Management seems like they want to be friends with staff. Disorganized. Wait forever for food and then it’s cold. Tried this location 4 times over the last few months and it takes a lot for me to give bad ratings.
