Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- TLTracy Lee1 day ago2.0Coke is overly syrupy and the fries are chewy and room temp. Burger was okay but not worth $9. The staff was young and friendly. It's my understanding everything is made to order - the fries should have been crispy on the outside and soft on the inside AND hot! There were only two cars in the drive-thru - not rush hour or anything and it was 11:00 am. First and last time I come.
- MWMarion Wise3 days ago2.0We walked into a clean, well kept restaurant. We came a little after 11 am, so other than one table, we were the only ones in the store. As we ordered, we found out that they were completely out of ketchup. All ketchup. That wasn’t ideal but we ordered anyway. It took almost 20 minutes. There was no one in the drive through. No one ordered before or after us. Once it was ready, I asked for an extra thing of ranch since they were out of ketchup. She came back and told me she would have to charge me for it. When you’re out of all types of ketchup, and I’ve waited 20 min, I don’t think one ranch packet is too much to ask. I get hiccups, but the service was subpar

This fee is to pay back Pell city for the infrastructure rather than the developers/owners of the property. While it is legal it's pretty disingenuous of a company to tell you "your total is X" and then charging you Y when you go to pay. 9 cents is 9 cents I get it, however if a company is willing to rip off customers for 9 cents what other corners are they willing to cut and what other shady business practices are they willing to engage in?

- RHRick HigginbothamSep 5, 20261.0Came here on Friday September 04, 2026 at 11:00 pm. I can’t leave a review for the food since i wouldn’t know how the food tastes. I ordered a number two and a number 13. That’s all. Then I sat there for 35 minutes with only one car in the line pulling forward. I listened as the person working the speaker had a 12 minute conversation with someone else through the drive through speaker. I waited so long that the person working the speakers thought I was another person in the drive thru and asked me what I would like to order. This is terrible service and definitely steers me away from choosing whataburger as a choice in the future. I finally just asked someone else to back up so I could get out of line and went to McDonald’s instead.
