Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Excellent food selections at a great price. I think they should keep the cashier interaction and avoid the kiosks ordering

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt that the 3rd shift team at Whataburger definitely deserved for someone to recognize their hard work, with as busy as they were last night they got the orders out in a timely manner while being completely professional and polite the entire time not to mention having the orders right and fresh, so I just wanted to say thank you and excellent job last night!

I visited at 9:35pm on 4/2/2026. Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. To start us off, we went through the empty drive through lane and waited a couple minutes before anyone even answered the drive through speaker. We were told to pull around, so we did. We get to the window and the guy is acting confused, and he’s like what did y'all get??? So we have to say it again. We asked for light ice on our drinks because they always put WAY too much. They still didn’t put light ice. They didn’t even fill one of the drinks up all the way. I checked the fries after we left… cold. Whatever it’s fine. If you read anything read this. We get back to the house, I grab the fries out the bag. We ordered larges, and they were only filled halfway. We didn’t recieve the sauces we paid for. I start to eat my burger, and it’s pink all in the inside. This is absolutely ridiculous. It’s like nobody cares about doing their job right anymore.
