  I needed a snack to hold me over till dinner. I ordered thru the app, late lunch at 3:30pm, thought the food would be fresh. Nope, I had a cold chewy corn dog, seemed like it had been sitting there since lunch time. I ordered ketchup & mustard but they were not in the bag. The tots were room temp at best. Always check your bag before you leave.

  I went to Sonics on Wednesday. I had 2 combo orders one with fries and another one with hashbrowns. Once we received our food they both were cold no heat at all not even warm. I took them back they came back again with essentially the same thing. The manager came out and she touched them and said they had just come up but they were cold. She took them back and brought them back out. They were hot because she dropped them back in the fryer. The fries and hashbrowns were both hot and hard. I gave up after that because why would you keep sending the same batch out after you touched them and then put the same ones back in the fryer
