  I ordered pick up, when I got there I only waited 3 minutes with a parking lot full. Although the service was perfect the food was not, c&s pasta was dry an hard, no alfredo sauce just oil, half cooked shrimp with so much seasoning of pepper it was not edible, the blooming onion was blackened almost burnt on top and soggy on bottom and no sauce with the blooming onion. I am disabled an do not drive at night and couldn't return it last night, I have called this morning and still waiting on a manager to call me back! These cooks need to do better it is not fair for the wait staff that deals with the customers...

  I was highly disappointed with Outback. I normally don't even complain about places because I work in retail. But I will never bother going here again. We waited over a hour and while I understand it was Mother's Day and knew it was going to be busy, we were then told we would be waiting another 45 mins just so we could sit together. However, you have a whole wall of small tables right near each other in a row to the left when you come in that you could have seated us. Then when we finally did get seated we were so cramped up I was miserable. The ladies bathroom is so tiny, especially the first stall. The service was okay but that's it just okay. The food was alright but honestly like my granddaughter said, "Mimi next time we can just go to McDonald's."

  Amazing food and service!! Enjoyed the toomba salmon and a lobster tail cooked to perfection, and our server was excellent!! Definitely recommend and we will be back!!

  First time I have been to the one in Pell City. Everything was awesome, from the atmosphere to the food. A very nice place. I am so happy that there is one closer to home again. I recommend the restaurant to anyone. Cannot wait to go back.

  We were a party of 3 at the Pell City location yesterday between noon and 1pm. My husband ordered a hamburger, no pickles or tomato, well done. He received a cheeseburger, fully loaded and RAW! I ordered the rawhide ribeye, medium, loaded sweet potato and garden salad. My steak was very WELL DONE, potato was full of butter with no other toppings, lettuce in my salad was mostly core. Wr also had the downunder trio for an appetizer...the onion petals were DEAD COLD! Makes me wonder do they use the left behind onion blossoms for their new trio! Horrible experience! A 76 dollar bill and we left still hungry! We definitely will not be back!
