  Not sure what has gotten wrong with these places around this town but actually receiving the food that you pay for has become harder and harder. Made my orders on the app arrived to pick it up I'm given 1 bag and told everything is there but my frappe on this one and the next one is waiting on fries so I'm asked to pull forward I did so waited for over 8 minutes on this frappe and an order of fries the girl finally brings my second order to the car with no frappe from the first order I tell her I'm waiting on the frappe she argues with me it wasn't on the ticket and I didn't pay for it I begin trying to explain I had 2 orders I was picking up she is still telling me I wasn't charged for the order while I'm trying to show her the receipt for the first order more time is passing that my food is getting cold. She finally acted as if she understood the frappe was from the first order and returned to the store I assumed to bring me the frappe another 6 minutes pass before I finally get out of the car to go inside to get the drink which was forgotten about I guess when I asked about it I was then eventually handed a cup with whipped cream and caramel all over it like a chilenhad prepared it. I get home to give my husband and grandson their food to only a portion of what should have been there a chicken sandwich with meat and bread that's it should have had 2 fish sandwiches only had 1 and the only fries was one order I had to be pulled up to wait on. So as inconvenient as it is I suggest you physically examine everything you order for accuracy and presence while in the drive through if you want what you pay for because in my little attempt to have food to offer my husband and grandson after work on this day I failed miserabley.

  absolutely the worse mcdonalds out there!!!! ordered a filet o fish, got home and it had a piece of chicken instead of fish and it was covered in tarter sauce! customer service sucks!
