  It's usually always a 5, except this last time I tried the Strawberry Hibiscus Sprite and when I took a sip it was so nasty. It was nothing but straight carbonation. I was already too far down the road to turn around, so just money lost. And, also, when did y'all start getting so stingy with mayonnaise lol.

  Terrible the girl who was checking in in drive-thru had an entire Lane empty while a truck blocked the empty Lane causing a long wait.. I'm unsure if they were socializing or not but they should have pulled them to the side if they didn't know what they want. I ordered ahead because I was on a time crunch and Chick-fil-A at every other location is usually pretty quick. Because of the excessive amount of time this line took I was late for work. This is my first terrible experience with the Chick-fil-A usually the service is exceptional everywhere else.

  Ask my 2.6 yr old about ehat he wanted for breakfast. His reply? "Chick Mini!" Of course He wanted to play, so we did.

  I understand how establishments can get busy, and wait-times can increase, but it is that establishments job to adapt to the rush and become more efficient in taking and completing orders. This Chick-fil-A could not adapt. We placed our TO-GO order promptly at 10:00am. It was simple. We received one of our drinks upon order. Then waited 15 minutes with around 15 other people waiting for carry out and Doordash orders. After asking where our coffee was it was finally given to us. Another 15 minutes go by and around 3 customers have already complained about how they need to start focusing their attention to the 20 customers who have been waiting for over 20 minutes. While this happened the drive through cycled around 7 times while the group of people inside grew. After personally complaining twice to Mackensie, who seemed to not receive or respond to anyone’s feedback, we were handed our order and walked out at 10:42am. I can’t speak for all of the customers who ordered this morning but I know that on average the wait-time was around 35-40 minutes. People have places to be and it is your job to recognize that and change your process to become more productive and accommodating to them.

  This location will rob you. They will take money from you without consent and offer no return or explanation. The last time I was here I placed a mobile order, got my order, and moved on. Three days later the get a second charge on my card for this location. I filed a complaint and got a call several days later saying they’d look into it, then nothing. This was over a month ago. I was robbed. If you decide to come here make sure you carry cash and exact change, otherwise they might pick your pocket when you’re not looking.
