    Came through the drive through at 9:35 am and couldn’t get a response. Drove up to the window and made eye contact with someone inside who wouldn’t come to the window. Parked and tried to go in, but the door was locked. The sign on the door said they open at 9:30.

    On the road traveling, Arby's have become our go to. They are in alot of fuel stations witch it's easy one stop, get two stops in one. They are different then the same old burger, been very pleased.

    Food was fresh and delicious. Service to my family was polite, friendly, and full of smiles. The only reason I did not rate 5 starts is because of how the manager spoke to the cashier while we were waiting for our food. The cashier was on top of getting orders out and communicating, and the manager was fussing at her for no reason. The manager needs to learn the difference between communication and attitude. The cashier didn't have the same light in her eyes after that, and I don't blame her.
