Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
I really enjoyed my burger with bacon. Fries were tasty . Shake was very good. Would go back for sure.

So me, my grandma, and my sister went here and there cheeseburger's were cold and so were all of our fries. My chicken sandwich was hot and the sweet tea was good as well as the service. They gave me and my sister a cookie.

Worst fast food experience I've ever had. The only good part of the visit was placing our order with Erica. She was very nice. Waited 25 minutes before mentioning to a manager that I hadn't received my order yet. It was clear that they skipped it. I understand that things happen and the wait would've been fine if I had received good food. After over half an hour from the time of ordering I received barely warm burgers, cold fries, and chicken tenders that appeared to be burnt on the outside (foreshadowing). We were on a long trip back home and decided to just eat anyway and get out of there instead of wasting more of our time. Then my son bit into a RAW chicken tender. I received a refund without much argument at least. I understand accidents happen but undercooked chicken should never be served to anyone. I'll never return to this location or any other Whataburger at that.

I have eaten / ordered drive many times several at Whataburger . I have to say, I’ve been disappointed the last 4 to 6 times I have gone there. I use to like there shakes, but for some reason, they just don’t taste that great to me any more, ( maybe I’ve had too many Cookout shakes, and theirs as do much better ). Also I use to love Whataburgers , but that too , the taste has come up short as well. I don’t know what or if they are doing something different, if so please stop . I miss your delicious burgers, but right now, it’s a strike out,
