- CHChuck HolderfieldJul 3, 20221.0I placed my order at 5:05 to be delivered at 6:15. At 6:27 I called and the automated system said it was out for delivery and would take up to 23 minutes. I then called the store. They said it was out and should be there any minute. At 6:50 I called back in asking to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t allow me to. She said she could call the driver so I asked her to. She acted very annoyed and finally did. The driver then called me and said he had been stuck in traffic for 20 minutes. I asked him why he hadn’t turned around since there were multiple ways to my home. He replied “this is the only way my GPS said to go.”
