  I was in the drive through this morning. They were slammed. I asked toward the speaker hello a couple of times after I'd been sitting there over a minute. A male voice asked me if I was using the app and how could I help you. Then, a female voice talked over him, " wait a minute." I realized that I needed to use the restroom and the cars in front of me hadn't moved at all. I replied never mind, I'm coming inside. I changed my pick up from drive through to the counter. After I entered and visited the facilities, I went to the counter where I heard a woman complaining harshly about our conversation over the intercom in the drive through. If I could have canceled my order, I would have! I waited patiently for my order. Another lady brought my order shortly thereafter. She was very pleasant, smiled and said have a nice day. I returned the sentiment. Again the drive through was completely backed up! That being said, I planned to give a 1 or 2 for service. After my encounter with the lady who brought my order to me, I changed it to a 4. I know the 1st woman was stressed about the rush they were experiencing, but her attitude was awful! I felt sorry for her coworkers and the customers listening to her. As I left, I looked again at the drive through. I would have been 3 cars from the pick up window. I'm glad I went inside.

  Lousy service took forever to get our order when we got it it was wrong. Cashier had a bad attitude

  This is my favorite McDonald’s. They always take care of me and are so attentive and friendly.

  The foreign lady at the drive-through window in the front where you receive your food was very rude and very nonchalant about her job. The date is March 31, 2026 at 1:30 PM
