  I visited this location around 3pm on a Friday. Everything was cold. The Mountain Dew was good! The biscuit resembled a pancake, no real shape. Whether a customer shows up at noon, or 3pm, we expect and pay for hot food.

  Worst Bojangles ever, I drive truck for a living and wanted Bojangles and can’t go through the drive through, the dining room was closed so I walked to the drive through window and asked if I could order which they did, I ordered a chicken biscuit and they told me they already turned the fryers off (1 hour before closing) so no big deal I ordered a supreme, now iv ordered supremes a lot everyone knows that you get a cup of sauce! I didn’t so I asked for one, the manager spoke up over the lady who took my money and said it would be 55 cents… I was aggravated but I didn’t feel like arguing so I sat my drink down on the window so I could get my wallet and the air suction from inside pushing out, blew my drink out the window and busted on the ground and all over me, now I’m mad I told the cashier “your gonna have to get me another drink” she started to then asked the manager if it was ok and she fussed at the cashier and acted like she didn’t want to give me another drink unless I pay for it, but she did.. I did not appreciate how the manager acted at all very unprofessional I hope someone high up sees this and reports her I won’t come back here greedy crooks I go to Bojangles all the time but not back at this one!!

  Seemed quick to me. About 6 minutes from entry to food. Waaaay better than McDonald’s. Not better than chick fil a. Food hot, food fresh. Dining area mostly clean. Will visit again.

  I had a very frustrating experience with this location. I ordered six biscuits through the drive-thru for my family. When I got to the window, I was asked to pull around and wait because the order wasn’t ready yet. That’s understandable—but unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. Once I got home, I realized I was missing two biscuits from my order. I called the store to request a refund for the missing items, and the manager told me they couldn’t process refunds over the phone, then abruptly hung up on me. I called back to try and resolve the issue, only to be hung up on again. On my third attempt, I asked for the franchisee’s contact information and the manager’s name. Before even providing her name, she hung up on me a third time. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and repeated unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage better customer service training and basic courtesy when handling customer concerns.

  I went by this place yesterday and got an egg biscuit and some bo rounds. My sweet tea tasted old and the biscuit was so hard that I couldn't even eat the bottom of it. I don't know why they would still serve that biscuit at all. The top was okay but it's obviously been sitting under the heat lamp too long. Kind of depressing considering everything is so expensive these days. The staff was really nice! But that sweet tea definitely missed its window and I wouldn't go back and get those biscuits and Bojangles biscuits are my favorite biscuits!!!
