  This location is off my family's list of places we'll order from. Sunday we ordered breakfast, just a couple of burritos. I ordered before I left the house, it said it'd be ready when I got there. I checked in, and then had to wait a whole 20 minutes for the burritos. I figured that was a fluke, and decided to give it another chance. I was wrong. Went there today for a chili dog add onions and mustard, a chicken sandwich no pickles add tomato and cheese, and some crinkle fries. I again ordered before I left. There were only 2 other cars there. The app said the order would be ready by 5:55. I had to wait until 6:15. Got home and they found a way to mess everything up. On the chili dog there was like 2 little chunks of onion. On the chicken sandwich they put pickles on it, and not the tomato or cheese I paid extra for. And the fries were over cooked dried shells shaped like fries. There are too many other places around here to waste money at a place like this.

  I sat there for 15min. No one ever took my order .so I moved over to another screen to see if the one I wasat wasnt working .I sat there for 20 more minutes no one ever took my order so I tried ordering on line and it was at the wrong store so I called and canceled the order. And was going to reorder it but then it took my birthday shake off and so if I reordered it they said I had already received my birthday shake . 🤷‍♀️.so i just left with nothing.

  Waited 30 minutes to order. No other cars in parking lot. At one point they answered and said it would be 10 minutes before we could order, so we waited. Piss poor service 7:21 Aug 31

  Ordered online and checked in on the app. After 10 minutes waiting, grabbed a car hop and asked where’s my food. Seven minutes later someone else brings me a cold bag of food. This is my second consecutive unsatisfactory experience here. Don’t go to this Sonic. Dear Sonic… you need to FIRE your management team.
