  Ordered online and checked in on the app. After 10 minutes waiting, grabbed a car hop and asked where’s my food. Seven minutes later someone else brings me a cold bag of food. This is my second consecutive unsatisfactory experience here. Don’t go to this Sonic. Dear Sonic… you need to FIRE your management team.

  As a local just go somewhere else on your journey! The bag was missing chicken bites which the worker TRAY6 then had my husband BUY tenders for $5.77 more instead of putting the ones we PAID for IN THE BAG. 🙄 I suspect the workers are not putting all the order in the bag because there isn’t a tip on the mobile order. This is the 4th time we didn’t get what we ordered which definitely doesn’t inspire us to tip on future orders Also no sauces although they were supposed to be in there or napkins Didn’t even get sauce for the extra tenders we bought. This is so ridiculous and shows complete incompetence
