  We ordered on the app but went in to get our food. We always order "no cheese," as we have a cheese allergy. Often we get our take out food with errors we find in the car. Not today. They were perfect. The server checked all the sandwiches before we left(without being asked) to make sure all were made correctly without cheese. All workers were friendly. Building was clean, esp the ladies bathroom. And unbelievably there was HOT WATER! HOT enough to burn is you're not careful. I don't remember the last time I found really hot water in a fast food restaurant that worked. Plenty of soap, plenty of paper towels, and great hot water!! Burgers were very good. Freshly made. Plenty of condiments but not too much. Shakes were just right, and frozen the right amount, they stayed thick until we finished drinking them. The app.. Just recently added, was super easy to use, and we saved $4 extra under the "deals," section.

  Food is good. Quite nice actually. The cashiers are very pleasant too. The issue is their policy and their franchise owner needs to fix it. I placed an online order through Dairy Queen's app (not DoorDash), and went to the drive through to pick it up. They told me all online orders have to come inside to pick it up. Well, after having to pull into another business' parking lot to get back into DQ since they blocked off the front area to let you do a circle, I went inside. I then confirmed with the cashier inside that it is their policy that they can't give out online orders in the drive thru. Excuse my French, that's stupid. The WHOLE POINT of an online order is to save time. I have NEVER heard of ANY restaurant with online orders forcing you to get out of your car to go inside and pick it up. This isn't a matter of laziness. It's the purpose of the online order - to save time. How is it ANY different from just handing it to me through the drive thru window?! They didn't check my ID or anything to verify the order was mine. There was literally no point to any of it. Anyways, good food, good people. Let me pick up my damn order in the drive thru like every other restaurant on the planet. Thanks!

  Couldn't believe the price of their banana splits and they didn't even have all topings (No strawberries!) to go on the split.🙄

  “Fantastic stop for a quick and tasty meal! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect from Dairy Queen — juicy burgers, crispy fries, and perfectly made Blizzards. The ice cream was smooth and delicious, with great flavor options. The staff were friendly, fast, and made sure everything was just right. The place was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Great spot for both a meal and dessert — definitely a 5-star experience!”

  We stopped to eat before going to a family outing and the customer service was so horrible. All the so called employees being so young just wanted to talk with friends and give away drinks and drinks. our order was messed up and we needed a sandwich remade and the front counter girls got very angry toward us. The lobby was so filthy and not real clean, looked very bad. Maybe some sort of management can work evenings and straighten out some issues.
