  I had a very poor customer service experience at Taco Bell today. My friend and I came through the drive-thru during our 30-minute work break. We had two separate orders, and one of them was a mobile order. I placed my order first while my friend was still submitting hers through the app. I genuinely did not know the mobile order needed to be mentioned first. The employee on the intercom, who responded in a very rude and nasty tone telling us, “For future reference, tell me the mobile order first.” We stayed polite the entire time. When we got to the window, they handed me my food and then told us we had to drive all the way back around to the end of a very long drive-thru line just to get my friend’s mobile order. Since we were on a limited break, my friend went inside to ask if she could just wait there instead. While inside, she overheard Keandra telling a coworker that she made us go back around “for giggles.” That was extremely unprofessional, immature, and disrespectful. After I called asking for her name once but she wouldn’t give the name of the employee and she is a manager. A manager being that rude is uncalled for. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but there is no reason to treat customers rudely or make their experience harder on purpose. Customer service and basic kindness go a long way, and unfortunately this experience reflected neither.

  The worst taco bell ever. You have to order on 1 of those dang machines. Yeah never again

  as usual as usual The taco shells are cold. And I don’t mean lukewarm I mean cold like they just came out of refrigerator.

  All I got was tacos and this is what was in the bag. I try not to complain but, this is ridiculous. Tacos with lettuce and cheese. They didn’t even put lettuce on them. Barely any meat and the wrapping was soaked in grease. I am highly disappointed. This is just sloppy
