Stopped on a road trip to grab a few tacos ... Took about 5 minutes and they were cold. Also the sauces that I chose on the kiosk we're not in the bag and neither were any napkins. If you're not going to complete the order by providing the sauces that you make me choose on the kiosk, the extra step should be removed. And a top fast food chain should not be handing a customer a takeout bag without napkins.

I ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito, no rice add pico. What they gave me I have no idea. I sent it back and they gave me a grilled cheese beef burrito with everything on it except what I ordered . Mistakes happen thats fine but when its twice in one shot theres a problem

Unbelievably slow, as I type this I’ve been sitting stuck in this drive thru for 25 mins.

This store must not realize its supposed to be a fast food place, waited in line for 20 minutes at the speaker just for no one to take my order.

I had a very poor customer service experience at Taco Bell today. My friend and I came through the drive-thru during our 30-minute work break. We had two separate orders, and one of them was a mobile order. I placed my order first while my friend was still submitting hers through the app. I genuinely did not know the mobile order needed to be mentioned first.
The employee on the intercom, who responded in a very rude and nasty tone telling us, “For future reference, tell me the mobile order first.” We stayed polite the entire time. When we got to the window, they handed me my food and then told us we had to drive all the way back around to the end of a very long drive-thru line just to get my friend’s mobile order.
Since we were on a limited break, my friend went inside to ask if she could just wait there instead. While inside, she overheard Keandra telling a coworker that she made us go back around “for giggles.” That was extremely unprofessional, immature, and disrespectful. After I called asking for her name once but she wouldn’t give the name of the employee and she is a manager. A manager being that rude is uncalled for.
Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but there is no reason to treat customers rudely or make their experience harder on purpose. Customer service and basic kindness go a long way, and unfortunately this experience reflected neither.
