  Horrible customer service, we were on a 30 minute lunch break from a contract and ordered 15 minutes ahead, it was 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 foot long dogs. After the 5 minute drive we let them know we arrived and after 20 minutes they let us know that one of their associates gave our food to the wrong person. Slowest fast food in the area

  Took forever to get out order taken, and then the woman taking out order got it wrong and when I told her she said she would fix it, then sent us to the pay screen to pay for the wrong order. Food came out missing half our order which she deleted when trying to “fix it” we asked them to get the rest of our order together which took so long we just ended up leaving without it.

  Just spent 12 minutes sitting waiting for someone to take my lunch order. Eventually just left. No one ever spoke to me.
