  Ordered pickup last Friday and was informed once I got there my order was canceled because they ran out of dough at 9pm on a Friday. I thought I would get a refund since no services were provided but instead got charged $39.58 for an order that was $23.10??? I tried to contact their service team twice, but got a "We'll get back to you in 2-3 business days" that led to nothing being communicated after the allotted time. Now I have to charge-back if I want any hope of seeing my money

  One star for food because they advertise for this month. Three ingredient pizza for about $10 and when I got there she rang it up and said I told her about the internet especially when she said I had to go online and order it. Well that's ridiculous. Bye-bye Pizza Hut!

  They will take an order from the app, and cancel it without calling. The only calls I received was from door-dash, who they use when you order delivery. The Pizza Hut app just continues to show "in progress". FOUR delivery drivers tried to pick up.

  I came through the drive-through after I had ordered online when I pulled into the drive-through there was an open window and no one there. I waited for about five minutes before I screamed through the window hello and then somebody finally meandered over to the window. The girl was very rude. Asked how I was going to be paying when I said I was paying with the card. She then pulled the entire cord, reader machine out with an extension cord out to me and asked for a tip and when I did not tip her, she became very angry with me. She then refused to get me my food after two more cars pulled behind me in the drive-through. I sat and waited for another 15 minutes before pulled around to the front of the building and parked and came inside and then waited at the counter for someone to come up to me and they outright ignored my presence over and over and over again when I did finally get to speak to somebody she was not just rude to me, but rude to other customers, and then she went behind the counter to another employee made fun of me and laughed, and then they did something to my food because my honey barbecue wings are not the consistency they should be and I will be taking it to the health department and I did record the entire experience and then when I told them that I was in fact recording the entire experience, they then became very very quiet and stop talking altogether. Yeah I bet I bet you’re gonna stop talking now that you know you’re being recorded for your obscene behavior in a public restaurant that you’re employed at mind you this was in fact the manager and a direct subordinate so I will be reaching out to corporate as well this is just so everybody else knows that if you don’t tip at the Pizza Hut, would you are not required to do as they don’t actually serve your table or anything they will get mad and then withhold your food from you and then also do things to it so I might also be reporting it to the police
