  Order 6 pizzas and 72 wings for a birthday party. Order was placed at 9 am and set for pickup at 5:45 pm. Arrived at 545 pm and was told they are working on it and its almost done. At 6:05, we were informed they forgot to cook 4 of the 6 pizzas. They told us they would be ready in 10 minutes. Fi ally left with our 1hour old wings and the rest of our food at 6:35. It was an absolute mess with the employees. No leadership, management, or want to fet things done right. I read a few other reviews whole waiting on our food. Should have known better than To order anything here anyways. This will be the last time that's forsure. And if the owner really reads this review from Start to finish no need to reply with one of you remarks about how you intend to make sure this doesnt happen again. With all the bad reviews and this still happening I'm pretty sure you dont care and probably do not read the feedback thoroughly.

  Pizza Hut isn't anything they used to be. This particular store, the bathroom was NASTY, the dining room was very unwelcoming, and the service was horrible. As I was waiting on my pizza, a lady came in to order a thin and crispy whatever. So the lady behind the counter said, very disrespectful, that she could get it for her but the pizza would be soggy with everything on it and she als said that's just common sense. The lady ordering stood there a minute lost for words. Finally the lady said again that she wanted the thin and crispy pizza. The lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and said well whatever, don't blame us when it's not what you thought because as I said it's common sense that it won't be that way. Sorry not sorry, NEVER again will I do Pizza Hut! And to top it off, NO alcohol sales.

  We ate inside the store. The food was great and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with our kids. They even cut our pizza so it was better for the kids to be able to eat, they checked with us before of course. The two that were working today are a great asset to this store.

  Very disappointed with my experience at Pizza Hut. I placed a full carryout order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and I could pay when I got there. I drove all the way there only to find the store completely closed when I arrived. No phone call, no cancellation notice, nothing. It’s extremely frustrating and a huge waste of time and gas to allow customers to place call out orders when they arrive the location is closed???. Customer service and communication were terrible. When I called to ask about this I was told the order failed and basically told to find somewhere else that’s open and hung up on!!!! Super unprofessional Pizza Hut
