The food there isn't bad, it could be a little bit better. Especially when it comes to the fries that tasted like they were a little overcooked. And some were undercooked, so they had clearly old and fresh fries mixed in together. In the same batch, the lady on the food speaker at the drive through menu clearly couldn't really hear what we were saying. So they need to fix their equipment and the parking lot and sign overall needs to be refreshed. As you can clearly tell, it's old and outdated. Overall, I mean, it's not bad. I would still eat there again but things need to be changed

Waited 10 minutes for food that was already prepared, all she had to do was put it in the container and hand it to is. Instead she took care of the drive thru orders while the employee taking of drive thru stood there. I asked "So is drive thru more important than your counter to go orders." She said yes it is in a smart attitude. Then proceeded to not get my food ready and when she did she dropped the bag on the counter and said here. Not a way to handle the situation.

I love the Jack's in Coldwater/Eastaboga. I stop there to get food a few times per week after I get off work. Everyone there is so friendly and fun. It's always been a joy to order my food there

Me and my family had went to the Jacks in Golden Springs and we were shocked seeing customers lined up nearly out the door. There were 5 Jacks employees sitting outside not working. We then went to the Jacks in Oxford and it was like night and day. We were able to walk in, order, and sat down and enjoy our meals. Great food and great service, you can’t beat that. Hope that the Jacks in Golden Springs take notes from the Jacks in Oxford.
