- ATAlexis TiceSep 27, 20262.0I want to start by saying that I am here almost every day for a coffee or refresher of some kind. When this store first opened, it was absolutely great—the service was excellent and the drinks were always good. Unfortunately, over the past few months, the service has really gone downhill. I always order the same thing: a Caramel Iced Coffee. Today, after paying, the drive-thru cashier told me they were backed up at the front counter and asked me to pull into the first parking spot. I completely understand being busy, and I had no problem waiting. What was frustrating was waiting over 20 minutes for one iced coffee. I had my toddler in the car, so I eventually called the store while sitting in the parking lot. I was told they were “so sorry” and that someone was bringing it out right then. When the employee brought my drink, she told me, “They forgot about you.” I completely understand being short-staffed or overwhelmed, but forgetting a customer who has already paid and has been waiting for over 20 minutes is simply not okay. I really hope they can find a better system for handling busy periods and getting customers in and out in a reasonable amount of time. This is not a good problem to have, especially when you have returning customers who come in almost every day. It’s honestly just disappointing because I really loved this store when it first opened but may consider taking my business to the exchange location.

I always end up having to throw it out. The girl at the register is stealing peoples change and throwing it in the tip jar without asking. She did it to my husband and the lady who checked out while waiting. We were there at noon on Wednesday 9-23-26. The donuts are good as are the ice cream cakes. Last time I went I got another bitter cappuccino and breakfast sandwich which was cold in the middle. I had to stop eating it to bring it home to heat it up. I get it’s hard to find good help but this is ridiculous. Honestly, I wouldn’t have even made this review if the girl wouldn’t have just taken our change but that is just wrong. Worst part we had planned to give her a dollar, so she actually shorted herself. Tipping especially at a fast food place is optional. To just take people’s money since they paid cash is stealing. I hope you check your cameras and stop this little girl. Furthermore, she took a tip and I had to ask another girl for the donuts I ordered 10 mins later since I never got them or my cappuccino. I ordered hot but they gave me iced so had to remake it. Too bad it is awful and I had to throw it out.

Coffee always good and if it happens to be missing something they don't mind adding it this will always be my go to Dunkin
