  We visited the restaurant two weekends in a row and wanted to share what a great experience we had both times. The food was good, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. We especially want to recognize the manager, Ms. Dee. She greeted our table on both visits and even remembered us from weeks before, which really impressed us. She was incredibly kind, hardworking, and attentive throughout the restaurant. We noticed her greeting guests, helping her staff, and constantly moving around making sure everything was running smoothly. Ms. Dee, we hope to see you again soon! The only suggestion we have is to get this lady some extra help because she works incredibly hard and truly goes above and beyond for both the customers and her team.

  What a terrible experience. I will not be coming back to this location or maybe bdubs at all. Over an hour just to be told the kitchen lost the order.

  Great food and service. Amiyah is probably the best server I’ve had at any restaurant. She was so helpful checked on us very often. Never had a bad experience at this location. Highly recommend.

  Stay away. Took forever for our 2 drinks from the bar. Put food order is and 40 mins later it came out ice cold. All we got was a Im sorry. Had our 2 food orders taken off.

  Came in to have a beer, bar was full so I went to sit at one of the 20 open tables, they said no!!!! They said they were for people on the waiting list ----- 20 open tables, didn't see anyone waiting!!! Ridiculous!!! I've eaten an BWW mant times and was never served like that!!!! Never again!! 🤨🤨🤨
