Coffee, food, and service are always great here. I have been before when they were running a little slow. That can be expected most places in the mornings though.

Love their coffees and coffee cake! They are so patient and kind every time I go to pick up our order. I placed a Togo window order but got there earlier than expected and Hannah was so gracious to review my order and get it to us early. Thanks all!

So I will start this out by saying that I’m hoping this isn’t due to staff negligence because the staff are always the sweetest, friendliest employees I’ve ever met in coffee shops. However, I don’t understand why every single coffee/chai drink I get taste like straight milk. For example today, I ordered the iced banana bread latte and I added four shots of espresso and then added some additional syrups as well because I have experienced this in the past with DB’s chai lattes. I get the drink and all I can taste is oat milk with the cinnamon sprinks that I put on top. There’s no way this drink has four shots of espresso in it. There’s no banana or hazelnut taste and the texture of the drink is thin like there’s nothing else in there. I really hope Dutch Bros can either ensure their staff are putting the correct amount of syrups and coffee in their drinks or maybe I just shouldn’t get a coffee based drink from DB at all… I wound up throwing the drink away because if I wanted a glass of milk as pictured…would just go back to elementary school.
