    So I will start this out by saying that I’m hoping this isn’t due to staff negligence because the staff are always the sweetest, friendliest employees I’ve ever met in coffee shops. However, I don’t understand why every single coffee/chai drink I get taste like straight milk. For example today, I ordered the iced banana bread latte and I added four shots of espresso and then added some additional syrups as well because I have experienced this in the past with DB’s chai lattes. I get the drink and all I can taste is oat milk with the cinnamon sprinks that I put on top. There’s no way this drink has four shots of espresso in it. There’s no banana or hazelnut taste and the texture of the drink is thin like there’s nothing else in there. I really hope Dutch Bros can either ensure their staff are putting the correct amount of syrups and coffee in their drinks or maybe I just shouldn’t get a coffee based drink from DB at all… I wound up throwing the drink away because if I wanted a glass of milk as pictured…would just go back to elementary school.

    First time going to a Dutch Bros. The girl that took my order was very nice and gave me a recommendation on what coffee to get and I was not disappointed

    Was excited to try this location drove in the drive thru and was completely ignored for a good five mins I drive by the window and the workers are just standing there giggling. Just plain rude and lazy.

    I absolutely love my stops at this shop. I'm not a coffee person so I always buy a $3 lemonade with raspberry and lavender and I am never disappointed. The staff is absolutely wonderful, at this point I'm stopping by just to get a bit of their peppy mood. I have never once been disappointed by the staff here and haven't ever left without a smile. The drink isn't the reason I go here, the atmosphere and the energy is absolutely palpable! This place shows that regulars aren't here for the drink, there here for the community. This is the first place I feel happy to tip instead of obligated! I love it here and intend to go whenever I can!
