I have actually tried on and off for over 3 years ((shame on me) hoping it will get better. Read the reviews posted here! It all begins with the management the owner. The owner is rude, multiple accounts with her personally and watching with others. Her team is afraid of her. For me it started when they stopped putting whip cream on the frozen coffees. I don't know why because everyone that serves frozen coffees does this. When I requested it, the team member said it wasn't an option. I asked the manager, as they have it for shakes and she said the same, then offered to put it on for .50. Fine whatever. Over time, employees would honor my request, no charge. This past weekend, we sat in line for 25 minutes (about 10 cars in front of us) for two frozen coffees. When I reached the window and requested the whip cream, I was told no. I asked for the manager, her son appears and told me for .50 he would. I told him we just sat in line for 25 minutes, then they wanted me to pull forward because my mobile order did not hit their computer and the 5 cars behind me were next. I refused to pull up. they had to make two drinks out of a machine. Just 2 days prior I made a mobile order for in restaurant pick up, the drive thru is impossible. I had a baby with me. I went in. Restaurant was empty, the the lady owner/manager was there. 15 minutes later for a pack of mini biscuits and an ice coffee. I inquired as I counted 13 cars go through in the drive thru and 4 guests at the register. She came over and made a lame excuse. I told her to refund me, I couldn't wait any longer. We have had lost orders, waited for food for crazy times, over cooked chicken, slow service always. Just the worst. We have visited dozens of CFA's, always great! This one deserves to be taken back by corporate. We won't be returning. We do not need to give our money to rude people
