  I have been coming to this 7 Brew location since they have opened and without fail they have been amazing each time! The drinks are also so good too! Each time the workers make me feel like I'm their most important customer and they all make any day better! Thank yall so much!

  I love coming to 7 Brew in Owens Cross Roads! The drinks are always so good, and Jewell is literally the sweetest. She’s always so nice and has such a good attitude every time I see her. She definitely makes the experience 10x better!! Definitely recommend going here :)

  Experience was not good. Ordered a large sugar free chilled drink and it came out as iced. Sent it back and they came back with a new drink within 15 seconds. The drink was no longer a large and instead was a medium and the drink was not sugar free. Everything seems disorganized but makes sense since it is run by a bunch of little kids.

  This was my first time trying 7brew! And honestly I left very disappointed ☹️ I have been excited about the new Owens Cross Roads location opening up and I was even more excited to find a free small drink in the mail! Great job on advertising! I finally was able to go today and when I pulled up the girl was nice and told me about the points program if I were to give a number. I let her know it was my first time and I had received a free small drink in the mail. She handed me a card with very few drinks on the menus option. For coffee drinks I think there was only 5. I saw the banana bread which was supposed to be banana and hazelnut but I told her I didn’t like hazelnut and wanted to just do chocolate and banana. She said ok. No recommendations or advice on ordering. For context I usually do get the Crazy banana at a competitor drive-through coffee location across the street and that’s chocolate and banana. But then I received this it looked good but one sip in and it was GROSS. 🤢 it tasted really off like maybe it was spoiling? I took another 2 sips and I have decided to throw it away… and I had to go to another location for another coffee across the street to get the bad taste out of my mouth. Just over all very disappointed ☹️ I had such high hopes for this place. I will update this if someone reaches out to me.

  Wanted very much to try 7 brews in this location. But when I pulled up, not one menu available. I shouldn't have to scan a QR code to see menu, I shouldn't have to just think of a drink as I go through the drive thru. I'm in the drive thru for a reason. The girl that came up to take my order was so far in my window I felt she was about to sit in my lap. Then she asked for my phone number. I said why? She rolled her eyes & said so I can take your order. What do you mean? I should only have to give my name what does 7 brew need with my phone number in the drive thru? Are yall gonna call me to verify my order? I didn't know providing my phone number would be a requirement to order. That's weird. What I think would actually happen is my phone number is put online & then nothing but spam calls. I don't want to join a club, get points, or get text about deals. If I can't order coffee like a normal person I'll just continue to go to starbucks. After I said ok no thank you she rolled her eyes again & stood there not moving back from my window. I actually had to wave her back so I could drive away. 7 brews can continue to invade peoples privacy by requiring a phone number to order. But it won't include mine..
