  Walked in and the lady was in the back. She looked directly at me and never acknowledged me at all. After waiting about 4 minutes, I started recording and then she finally came to the front. No “thank you for your patience,” no apology… just “What do you need?” Her attitude was cold and rude the entire time. After this experience, I can definitely understand why this store has such a low rating. I will never order from there again.

  I don’t leave reviews. Leaving this to let who runs this Pizza Hut know you need to have someone in charge. We had an order ready for over 20 minutes and were told they didn’t have the order yet. You had sufficient amount of worked just need someone to take control of the situation. I will say it was super busy but way too much lack of communication.

  About the only good things I can say is the location is great and clean, and the pizza was ready fast. Unfortunately, it was about the worst pizza I've had. Seriously, Little Caesars beat them by a mile. It just wasn't good. The toppings were fresh so it must have been the sauce. I requested deep dish and it wasn't. The person working there was slow and unfriendly. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence but I think I'll just not take a chance next time.
