This was terrible. Just terrible. I understand that food will take longer when its busy but this is just unacceptable. We came here to get breakfast at 9. The car at the back of the drive thru line hadn't moved for 20 minutes. Not an inch. And who knows how long they say there before we arrived? So we try to go inside to order instead. They have no one working the register and say that you must order from the mobile app and pick up, okay whatever so we do that. We sit in the car, make our orders, and go inside to wait. We stand in there waiting and talking to some other people there while we wait. This man in there with his two kids tells us that he had been waiting for FORTY FIVE MINUTES. Food for people should never take forty five minutes. Thats absurd. Then we see a couple at the counter trying to get a refund. They we both being very kind, not yelling at all. The lady helping them then starts to yell at them about how she is doing her best and to let her figure it out. The couple still remained nice and tried to be as kind and understanding as possible. It took a total of 40 minutes for us to get our food. And guess what? We get in the car, open up the bags, and the order is wrong. We were missing half our stuff and one of the drinks and sandwiches were completely different, but we didnt have time to fix it. This is insane. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The food wasnt good, the service was terrible, and the ordering process was way more difficult that it should've ever been. Please, save yourself the grief, and GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE. (P.s. to that rude worker who yelled at that sweet lady, you are FIRST on my list😑)

There is always some sort of issue going on here. A lot of times it’s the soda machine is down or you get to the second window and have to reorder your food because they don’t know what you got. The people that work here are also rude with the exception of one guy and it feels like he’s alone most times anyway.
