  Brady is an extremely well mannered and customer satisfaction strived employee. Very eager for you to enjoy your visit. Dined in; lobby exceptionally clean, food was delicious and the staff in the back seems to get along extremely well.

  This was my first time eating at a Jack's. The food was excellent. And I love the chicken. Very good.

  I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this Jack’s location. The air vents had thick dust buildup and what appeared to be black mold around them. There was also condensation from the A/C dripping from the ceiling and creating puddles on the floor, which is concerning and could also be a slipping hazard. The tables were not clean, and there were flies flying around the dining area. I ordered an unsweetened tea, but it tasted old and like the tea container had not been properly cleaned. It tasted so bad that I ended up throwing it away. I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I normally try to be understanding, but cleanliness and sanitation should be a priority in any establishment serving food. I am very disappointed that a restaurant would be allowed to operate in this condition. This location needs some serious attention to its cleanliness, maintenance, and overall sanitation.
