I taste it and it's not good. It tastes like straight ice. Very disappointed. Terrible customer service. There wasn't even a "sorry for the wait" once we got to the window. Instead we were greeted with, "what did you get". 25 mins of waiting for a terrible smoothie.

I was told I would receive the difference back, however nobody has yet to contact me about my refund. Communication is very poor on their end. I would recommend try Smoothie King instead! —— UPDATE—— 04/24/26: The manager finally made everything right after a long battle of 3 months. I do love the smoothies and bowls and hopefully resolving issues gets better here.
