  These employees ate extremely incompetent. They are lazy and get upset if they have to do anything other than sit there.they are all grown adults too. They are extremely rude and have yet to ever get a single order right in over a year. Will never be back her again and will tell everyone to avoid this location

  I ordered two Nacho Bell grandes with no beans and extra cheese. I do not know what is going on. The chips were so salty and seemed like they were refried and maybe old. The food tasted terrible and I spent $16. It wasn't just the chips, the food had a distinct taste that I cannot describe other than horrible. I want a refund. I will never go back to Taco Bell.

  Just waited almost 40 minutes for some cold fries, and the box is half empty. Close this place down.

  Placed an online order to be picked up through the drive-through and watched multiple cars drive off without receiving any service. Every time a car drove off The worker popped their head out of the drive-through window to look so we parked and went inside. The workers were playing dancing around and not helping the few customers that were in the lobby, as well as laughing at the people waiting for their orders, they were refusing refunds. Ordered our food at 7:10 and got it at 7:55. A door dasher waiting for food over an hour as well as many customers leaving without their food.

  Nachos were mush, soft tacos were missing, and all hard tacos had sour cream. Order was placed on app. Receipt was correct, but actual food received was wrong. Not terrible, but not correct.
