  The worse experience I've ever had at any establishment. We waited in the drive thru line with no movement. Park to go inside. Placed order only for employees to start fighting in the back. So now no one is getting their food. Lobby is filling up, drive thru is backed up. After 10 minutes we ask for our food or a refund. Get our food. No straws available. Nothing in the cabinets yo even restock with. Bathroom were a disaster. No receipts given for order. And the absolute worse part is when leaving I stepped on a paver stone right outside the exit door and dark water filled my sandal and smelled like grease waste. The shoes had to be thrown away immediately because of the smell.

  I’m here now reading reviews I see why, I been in drive thru for about 30 minutes. It’s only 6:33am there no way I should be waiting this long when there’s no line

  This place need to be shut down.Whoever is the Manager should be ashamed how filthy this restaurant is it took 30 minutes for someone to come take my order.and another 25 minutes to receive it.The workers needs to be retrain.bathrooms nasty lobby nasty just nasty all the way round.

  Negative stars. I placed an online order on 5/19/2026 to pick up curbside. I waited 45 minutes and still no food. I got out of my car and went to the door and it was locked. I got in my car and went back through the drive thru just to hear we are closed. My order was confirmed online and the money was taken out of my account, even though I didn't receive what I paid for. It said online that this particular location is open 24 hours but thats clearly a lie. Worst McDonald's of all time. I want my refund 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

  The food was cold. Had to remind them twice about our drinks then my mocha frap wasn't even a full cup. The tables and floor were covered in trash. There was a young lady who was very helpful when she realized something was wrong. Didn't see name badge but she deserves a raise.
