    Tanya has terrible customer service skills. She had a terrible tone at the drive thru window and she didn’t even ask us for drinks before ushering us to the window. She assumed what we wanted and gave that to us instead. I didn’t even bother to address that because of her foul attitude. They didn’t even have much in the way of food so we never even got that easily. The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.

    Lemon pepper wings were greasy and not that flavorful. The first time I tried them they were very good but this time way off and borderline nasty.

    Can’t rate the atmosphere because I’m a pick-up and take-home customer. The food is in the top tier of fast food options. Workers are always friendly and fix anything that gets messed up. Last time there was a mix up I got a free large drink for the trouble and it honestly made all the difference. I keep coming back for the blt salads which are surprisingly good and the really good southern sides.

    The food is good, but the customer service is GREAT! I’ve been coming here at least once or twice a week for the past couple of months, and I have to give a special shoutout to the young lady whose name I believe is Latasha or Latisha (my apologies if I’m spelling it incorrectly). I’m usually coming in right after working a 12-hour shift, around 7:00–7:15 AM, and she is ALWAYS cheerful, friendly, and in a good mood. That says a lot because it’s 7 AM! 🤣🤣 Her positive attitude really makes a difference, especially after working overnight. The food is also always fresh and fast. If I order through the app, my food is usually ready when I arrive, which I really appreciate after working a long shift. Great food, fast service, and even better customer service.
