- JHJennifer Hoover4 days ago1.0We were staying at a hotel 1 mile away from a Domino’s franchise. When trying to order online, it shows carry out only with no deliveries to this area. I thought maybe they were having issues with delivery drivers so no problem, I’ll just drive down there. When I got there they had tons of delivery drivers and lots of orders bagged and ready to go out for delivery. When I asked why they didn’t deliver a mile away I was told those hotels have been taken out of their area. Absolutely no explanation on the website. Ok, can I have some paper plates and napkins? No plates and reluctant to part with a few napkins. And then I asked for Parmesan and red pepper packets. Cashier said they were out of packets but they would SELL me shakers of each! I said I couldn’t wait to review this store and upon leaving the store the staff laughed loudly! I should have expected that based on how rude the entire exchange with staff had been. I’ve ordered pizzas from Dominos for probably 40 years, but I’m going to dig my heels in and pledge to never order from a Dominos location ANYWHERE! I am also going to do my best to find the owner of this location if it’s a franchise or I will be contacting corporate if it is a company store.

I noticed another customer also eventually went inside as neither of us got our food. When I went inside, the employees were not concerned and busy within their own conversation. Food is also heavily burnt. The customer service is very bad. I've also worked in the food industry. I never expect people to be robots and not conversate, but the lack of effort/care regarding carside was incredibly disappointing. I rarely choose carside, but was in a rush.
