  I ordered 2 pizzas. After 40 minutes, they said they made them wrong and would have to remake them. It took another 40 minutes to get 2 medium pizzas. No apologies, no nothing. They also want to charge $2 for the little packs of red pepper flakes. Never again.

  Will not deliver to room, last 2 times I have ordered will not square cut pizza like I ordered it, don't deliver to room so I Can't complain, sauce barely cover wings, think I will try little Ceasars I have been ordering from domino's for the past 2 years. They don't want my business I will go elsewhere

  Hello, I’m writing to report a very concerning experience I had with one of your drivers today. After my order, the driver called my phone and began speaking to me in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. He was cursing, raising his voice, and attempting to argue with me instead of resolving the issue calmly. As a customer, this made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I did not provoke this behavior, and there is absolutely no reason a customer should be spoken to in that way by someone representing your platform. I expect a basic level of professionalism and respect when using your service, and this experience fell far below that standard. Situations like this not only reflect poorly on the driver, but also on DoorDash as a whole. I would like this incident to be reviewed, and appropriate action taken to ensure this does not happen again to myself or other customers. I am also requesting that this driver not be assigned to any of my future orders. Please let me know how this situation will be handled. Thank you.

  I normally never have an issue when I come in here and I come here atleast 3 or 4 times a week. Today I did what I do every time and ordered through the app. I went in and paid and they told me 5 minutes and I would have my food. My order was the only order on the screen. I waited atleast 10 minutes to give them some time and then went in. When I went in the store they hadn’t even started on my pizza and somehow there was now 50 pizzas in front of mine and they told me it was going to now be over 40 minutes before I would get my pizza. I was treated very poorly. When I was trying to speak they kept speaking over me and i ended up trying to tell them to shut their mouths long enough for me to speak and I got told to leave the store or the cops would be called.
