  Ordered a market fresh BLT. Only two pieces of bacon on it and so much mayonnaise i couldn't eat it. On a pumpernickel rye combo bread. Should have been on honey wheat bread. Won't be back to that location in opelika alabama. Disgusting.

  I want go thank the staff who extended kindness to an elderly customer. Though he couldn't find his coupon the staff honored a reduced price offer. This customer of limited means views a meal at Arbys as a special treat. You made his day! Thank you

  Waited well over minutes for a sandwich and 3 fries. No explanation, no apology. Just waiting. When the food finally came out, half of it had clearly been sitting under the heating lamps the entire time. Still no apology or semblance of customer service.
