  Waited well over minutes for a sandwich and 3 fries. No explanation, no apology. Just waiting. When the food finally came out, half of it had clearly been sitting under the heating lamps the entire time. Still no apology or semblance of customer service.

  Last time I was here I had to leave because the drive through service was so slow. Now im here trying again, waited for over 40 minutes in the drive through. By the time the person in front of me got to the window, they alone had to wait 20 minutes just at the window! Ridiculously slow. Once I got my food, it wasnt correct. Also, the person in front of me couldnt hear the speaker because it was extremely low(I noticed this last time as well), and the speaker didnt repeat themselves after announcing one time they could take their order. So we are sitting in line for probably 10 of those 40 minutes just waiting on the speaker to repeat themselves so the person knew they could order. I would imagine this is why the line stays so short, while whataburgers and mcdonalds line nearby are long and steadily moving. Just terrible service

  How does an Arby’s literally get destroyed every single day? Every time I’ve been here for the past three months, the line does not move. The orders are not right.
