  Been having problems with cold food asked for the manager she came out with a smile and her name was Lauren..I told her my food be cold every time I come after 5 she told me she is going to fix the problem...very friendly polite and courtesy and pretty young lady . Lauren fixed my food and brought it to the car..thanks that is great customer service and listening to the problem at night....ask for Lauren she is the best......thank you Lauren good customer service manager...you get 100 stars from me❤️❤️❤️❤️❤🥰🥰

  Horrible service horrible food this place is a waste of time and money. Extremely unprofessional. Complete disappointment!

  I ordered two foot long coney dogs with extra onions. They came out with the hot dog halfway out of the bun with chili on half of it and barely any onions. I could understand if they were busy but there was only 3 cars in the lot. Very lazy cooks that don't care. I'll be going to the one in Albertville for now on. The car hop was very pleasant. Kudos to her.

  Waited about 10 minutes for a small blast, and a small fry. The fries were very old and barely warm.

  The 4 of us wanted ice cream so we went and got blasts! Reeses, M&M, and of course Perry had to get heath! They were wonderful. They had ni spoons though?
