  First time here in a long time. Ordered a blast, a sundae, and a small tots. They brought our ice cream, which was correct, and said they were out of tots, did I want something else instead? I asked for mozzarella sticks and they said they were out of marinara and ranch, I said it's fine. We waited about another 15 minutes probably and then they came running and gave us a bag and said small mozzarella sticks. We were beyond ready to go at that point so we left, I got home and opened the bag to find a small thing of fries. I hate their new fries.

  Simple order got wrong twice and drove away with no sauce pluse we ordered fries and there was none!!!🧨😡😤

  Love food from here, wish they'd do something different including offering mayo, ketchup, and mustard on one sandwich, and they shouldn't charge extra for sauce just because someone wants a 2nd sauce or a 3rd one. Love the food, atmosphere of hanging out with folks outside and the service is great. Fast n friendly service. Bathrooms could be cleaner.

  Been having problems with cold food asked for the manager she came out with a smile and her name was Lauren..I told her my food be cold every time I come after 5 she told me she is going to fix the problem...very friendly polite and courtesy and pretty young lady . Lauren fixed my food and brought it to the car..thanks that is great customer service and listening to the problem at night....ask for Lauren she is the best......thank you Lauren good customer service manager...you get 100 stars from me❤️❤️❤️❤️❤🥰🥰
