  I typically like Jack's, BUT here the last few months this particular location in Oneonta has gotten absolutely horrible. Ordered online and when I went to pick up there was a child (maybe 13 or 14 years old) sitting his behind on the counter and not a single employee told him to get down. The same night they had forgotten my co workers order (it was a group order). Here lately the food has been hit or miss. Tonight I placed a mobile order and scheduled the pickup time for 8:45 pm. I get there and no one greets me, and my order hadn't been made. I stood there for 15 minutes with not a single employee acknowledging my presence. The manager I assume finally looks at the order screen and yells out "anyone here for *insert my name*". When I said that was me that's when my order was made. I spent my entire 30 minute lunch break just trying to get the food. I didn't even get to sit down and enjoy my meal break tonight. I got back to work just in time to clock back in from my break. I get being short staffed, but the last few months trying to get food from the closest place to where I work has become more of a headache than a convenience. I do no recommend this particular location to anyone.

  The bar codes do not always work I got a meal today should have been 1000 points and it said it was already scaned
