Didn’t have a problem out of the personnel there, but my food was cold when I got it and it was like I had gotten the throw away pieces of chicken. I got a few chicken fingers and the rest was like the pieces they just needed to get rid of so I ended up with them. So I got cold food and throw away pieces of chicken.

Me and my mom went through the drive thru around 12 noon and we got the grilled chicken combo, and it was the BEST! It was hot and fresh and the sweet tea was absolutely Perfect! The young lady and the woman that we watched fix our food DESERVE recognition of their cleanliness,very polite, and to serve hot and fresh food as they did today!!! Keep up the good work ladies 🥰🥰🥰

Saw a sign for Bojangles and said hey we'll stop there since we're exhausted and it's halfway to the house. Walked in and there was nobody customer wise inside but us. We had no less than 5 employees look at us and never say a word as we stood at the counter. After a few minutes we just walked out. Times are tough and people will start eating out less so a simple hey we'll be right with you would've been the bare minimum to me. There was also only one car in the drive thru so it wasn't that drive thru was busy and maybe it was an off night for the team but it's put another spot I won't stop when passing through the area due to the lack of service.
