  They were not at all busy….waited 10 minutes at drive thru speaker but no one came on to take order. Went to carhop spot and girl answered the intercom but she told me to “come to window”, but there was already a car there that had been waiting as long as we had. So we left.

  Staff tonight were horrible. Afrer waiting for 15 minutes in the drive through and getting nothing. They said the thing that notifies them didn't go off. A few staff members watched me drive up and even saw my car in the drive through when they went out to their car to grab whatever they went to grab. I drove up to the window and placed my order. Not only was my order wrong. My LARGE order of tater tots had barely a small's order worth in the damn container. They also forgot my drink which I had to renind them of after they handed me my food. I know sonic is always so so. But this is just plain rediculous.

  Waited 30 minutes in drive thru. All 3 items were wrong, didn’t have whipped cream, said they didn’t have any spoons for us. Melted on the way home.

  Now sitting in line for 20 minutes and have not moved. Can’t leave because I’m in the drive thru. What the crap. Please remove Fast Food Listing from title. Worker has time to come out and visit with someone that just pulled up?????
